Location: This Villa is one of  three next door to each other, in a great position in Coral Bay, it is only 3 mins walk from shops, bars and restaurants and 10 mins walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Coral Bay.  There is a regular bus service from Coral Bay to Paphos Harbour and in to Paphos town and surrounding areas.

There are 3  villas next door to each other, 2 are furnished identically and a 3rd slightly differently.

The villas boast beautiful views of the Mediterranean and have a private pool and Villas sunrise and Sunset have a luxurious hot-tub at each. They are both fully equipped with all mod-cons including flat-screen TVs with SKY Freeview TV, DVD, dishwasher, air conditioning and lots more.


Bedrooms:  2 Twin bedrooms.  Both bedrooms are fitted with spacious fitted wardrobe.  There is a hairdryer provided.

Bathroom: One bathroom, downstairs cloakroom and poolside shower.

Lounge: Large spacious lounge with modern comfortable furniture Flat screen TV, Sky Freeview, patio doors leading on to sunny patio and pool area

Kitchen/Diner: Fully fitted kitchen comprising beech wood units, fridge/freezer, oven and hob and washing machine and dishwasher. Beech wood dining table and chairs.

Outside Area:There is a large terrace area with luxurious patio furniture and sun loungers. There is an attractive pool area with lovely sea views. There is a barbecue provided for those lazy evenings.  You can also enjoy the luxury of the hot-tub whilst sipping  your wine, watching the sun set.

LOCAL AREA INFORMATION
CORAL BAY
Coral Bay is arguably the best beach between Paphos and Latchi, with golden sands and a sheltered bay that is ideal for children.
All the water sports facilities you could wish for are available at Coral Bay.
There are new shower and toilet facilites on the beaches, plenty of sunloungers and parasols to hire and beachfront cafes offering refreshment out of the mid-day sun.
Coral Bay is a lovely tourist resort in its own right. There are plenty of Restaurants to choose from and bars open to the early hours.
Coral Bay is located to the West of the Island, approximately 30 mins drive from Paphos. One road is flanked either side with supermarkets, restaurants, souvenir shops and leads down to the beach. A regular bus service runs from Coral Bay to Paphos town.
